Indenture, March 22, 1799, William A. Booth and Rebecca his wife, of Shenandoah
County, Virginia to Nimrod Long of Culpeper County, Virginia. Whereas Isaac
Hite, Sr., dec'd., did devise to his daughter Rebecca Booth her choice of 1,000
acres of the land which he had in partnership with James Hite in Kentucky, as
will more fully appear by reference to the said will recorded in Frederick County,
Virginia, therefore, now this Indenture witnesses that William A. Booth and
Rebecca his wife, for 100 Pounds, convey to Nimrod Long the aforesaid 1,000
acres. [No descriptions of land or location.] Wit: John Spengler and John Colville.
Rebecca Booth relinquished right of dower. Rec: Mar 23, 1799, Shenandoah County,
Virginia, and May 28, 1799 by the Kentucky Court of Appeals.

(p.497) Indenture, December 31, 1813, John Boothe of Washington County, Maryland,
to Lyles Robert Robinson of Jefferson County, Virginia, for $1.00, all the right,
title, and interest of BOOTHE has in the following, to-wit, Tract No. 1, beginning
at the mouth of Clay Lick the beginning corner of the original tract, and thence
northeast containing 2,000 acres, part of a tract in Fayette county, Kentucky
at the time of locating, containing 4,000 acres and located in the name of Bartholomew
Boothe. Witnessed by George Nichols and Isaac Housor, Jr. Acknowledged in Washington
County, Maryland, December 31, 1813, at which time Drusilla Boothe, wife of
John Boothe, relinquished her irghts of dower. Recorded by the Kentucky Court
of Appeals, May 6, 1814.

300 acres in Fayette County, Kentucky on the waters of Little North Elkhorn,
being an undivided part of an old military survey made for William Ingles, assignee
of Patrick Couts, assignee of BOOTH. Said tract beginning corner to Innes' and
John Draper's land, thence southeast, and bounded by land of William Russell.

of one part, James Innis of Fayette County, Kentucky, of the second part, and
Harry Innis, now of the state of Tennessee, of the third part,........Whereas
Hugh Innis the elder was in his lifetime seized and possessed of a certain tract
of military land in Fayette County, Kentucky , on the waters of Elkhorn Creek,
which was granted by Virginia parent as assignee of William Ingless who was
assignee of THOMAS BOOTH, for 2,000 acres, but.....

(p. 197) Indenture, April 15, 1816, James Boothe and Milly Boothe, his wife,
late Milly Masterson, of Dinwiddie County, Virginia, to William Boothe of the
same county, for $1,000 4,000 acres in Gallatin County, Kentucky, it being the
same land devised to the said Milly by the last will and testament of her deceased
father, Thomas Masterson. (Milly Boothe signed as Million Boothe.) Acknowledged
April 15, 1816, Dinwiddie County, Virginia, and recorded April 3, 1817, by the
Kentucky Court of Appeals. (p.199), Indenture, April 15, 1816, William Boothe
of Dinwiddie County, Virginia to James Boothe of the same county for $1,000,
(the same land conveyed in the previous Indenture). Acknowledged Dinwiddie County,
Virginia, April 15, 1816, and recorded by the Kentucky Court of Appeals, April
3, 1817.
(p.200) James Boothe and Lucy Masterson, widow of Thomas Masterson, dec'd., (late of Gallatin County, Kentucky), of Dinwiddie County, Virginia, nominate and appoint Daniel Weisiger of Frankfort, Kentucky, as their true and lawful attorney in fact, to receive any lands in Gallatin County, Kentucky, of which the said Thomas Masterson died seized and possessed, to institute suits to recover possession of the said lands if need be, to receive moneys due, and to do all matters relative. May 16, 1816. Acknowledged Dinwiddie County, Virginia, May 16, 1816, and recorded by the Kentucky Court of Appeals, April 3, 1817.
