                                     d. August 2, 1963, Austin, Travis County, Texas; m. Evelyn Clare Walker
                                     August 14, 1935, Chicago, Cook County, Illinois; Evelyn b. July 2, 1911
                                     Gibbon, Buffalo County, Nebraska; d. September 13, 1986, McAllen, Hidalgo
                                     County, Texas. Frank and Evelyn moved to Alton, Il in 1936; to Rock Island,
                                     Il in 1940, and to Edinburg, Texas in 1946. Frank and Evelyn are both buried
                                     in Edinburg Cemetery, Edinburg, Hidalgo County, Texas. They were both
                                     teachers.

                       3. Dwight Fred Dugan b. June 10, 1911, Centralia, Marion County, Illinois; d. March
                                     29, 1964, Phoenix, Arizona; m. June Hanson, December 31, 1942, San
                                     Antonio, Texas. Dwight was an airline employee.

              

Fred's father, Daniel Duggan, died at age 24, eight months before Fred Lawrence Dugan was born. Either Daniel or his father, Absalom I. Duggan, dropped a "g" from the family name. Fred's mother, Lillie Belle Ingram Dugan, remarried in 1881 to John M. Sanders, a cousin and close friend of Daniel Duggan and was raised in the Sanders household.
